If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify php63 immediately via the 24/7 live chat support channel. php63 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
All transactions on the php63 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). php63 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your php63 Wallet upon confirmation of receipt by the relevant payment provider. php63 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your php63 Account.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. php63 reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. php63's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited into your php63 Wallet. php63 does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform.

php63 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon Account closure, any verified balance remaining in the Player's Wallet — after deduction of any bonus credit and amounts subject to investigation — will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

When material changes are made, php63 will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the php63 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.
